Pastoral care of migrants in Europe
Meeting of the National Directors of Pastoral Care for Migrants within the Bishops’ Conferences of Europe
Vilnius, Lithuania, 30 June-02 July 2015
The meeting is organised by the ‘Migration’ Section of the CCEE Caritas in Veritate Commission, chaired by Cardinal Josip Bozanic, Archbishop of Zagreb. The Commission itself is chaired by His Grace Mgr Giampaolo Crepaldi, Archbishop of Trieste. Participating will be the national directors of pastoral care for migrants and representatives of continental church organisations involved in this area of pastoral work.
Theme
The national directors will deal with different topics such as:
- refugees challenges;
- Pastoral of migrant and the celebration of sacraments;
- Human Trafficking;
- Pastoral Care and Evangelization among the Chinese in Europe
